This substantial double storey extension project in Barnet added 75sqm of new space across both floors of a 1930s semi-detached home. The ground floor gained a spacious family room with full-height glazing and a utility area, while the first floor was reconfigured to include a generous master bedroom suite with en-suite shower room and walk-in wardrobe. The external finish was carefully matched to the existing property with reclaimed brickwork and replica tile detailing. New windows throughout were designed to complement the original 1930s style while meeting modern thermal performance standards.
